Steps to activate and deactivate the wired USB C headset mode(Please make sure your wired USB C headset works with the phone):

Step 1# Turn off the battery case
Step 2# Double click the power button of the battery case (The 2nd and 3rd LED lights are on now)
Step 3# Insert your AKG wired USB-C headset into the case’s charging port (There you can go with music and phone calls)
Step 4# Double click the power button again to deactivate the wired headset mode (Then the battery case can charge the phone again)

Wireless Charging Supported

Put the battery case on a wireless charger until the phone starts being charged

Samsung Dex Supported

Only works with USB C to C cables. Doesn’t work with HDMI cables
