The camera cannot record or can only record for a short time, or there are other abnormal recording problems, what should I do?

We recommend you use SAMSUNG 128GB U3 SD card to fix this problem. (2.7K60/2.7K50/1080P120 requires U3 or above; other solutions require U1 or above) And please make sure that the file format of the SD card is exfat, otherwise, it will easily cause errors.

What should I do if your camera has difficulty connecting to the APP?

If you are an iOS user, you must first go to the system page to connect to the camera WiFi, then return to the APP and select the correct camera to connect. Android has no such problem.

What should I do if the camera cannot be turned on or freezes?

You only need to flash the camera’s firmware through the computer to solve this problem. For specific steps, please refer to the SUPPORT on RunCam official website.
