Where can I download the apps? What is the minimum requirement?

Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for Pivo Pod and Pivo Meet.

Minimum requirements:

– iPhone 7 or above with iOS 12.0 or higher

– Premium Android phones from 2017 and later with Android version 8.0 and higher

How is Pivo’s tracking performance?

The quality of tracking depends on factors such as lighting, distance, speed of movement, your smartphone camera specs and the size of the target in the screen. Make sure the target you are tracking covers at least 10% of your screen.

How can I charge and what is the battery life?

A depleted battery takes 60 mins to charge with a standard 5VDC charger but can vary according to your USB cable rating and/or power source.

A fully charged Pivo provides up to 10 hours of usage but may vary depending on the features being used.

Does Pivo support tablets and other cameras?

Pivo is designed for smartphones and has a max load capacity of up to 1 kg.

Does it work with other apps?

In order to use all features Pivo comes with, you need to use it together with the Pivo’s app, which is available for both Android and iOS. You can, however, control the Pod with the remote control while you use other apps on your smartphone.
