Product Description

1. Please use an activated SIM card, and check whether the operator of the SIM card support our product. It is also important to confirm whether the SIM card operator supports hotspot services. Open the back of the router, and then insert the SIM card into the card slot correctly.

2. Please note that our US routers only support B2/B4/B5/B7 bands, while EU routers only support B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 bands. Before placing an order, please check whether your SIM card frequency band meets the conditions, otherwise it cannot be used. Connect the product to the power supply.

3. Waiting for 30 seconds, three green lights are on.

4. Take out the mobile phone, find the wireless network, enter the password to connect (the account and password are on the back of the router).

How to checking BANDs info

1.Search and find the App “LTE Discovery” under Android Mobile app

2.Checking the right BANDs of local operator (SIM service provier)

( photo shows Band 4 ，DL Freq: 2145 mhz , UL Freq: 1745 mhz)

3.Checking the LTE signal strength( photo shows signal is some weak)

Signal weak, then the LM321 working speed is slow.Please put it under where the LTE signal is good.

If your SIM card frequency band is compatible with our product, but it cannot be used. Please follow the steps below to check the problem.

Enter the IP address 192.168.100.1.Enter user name: admin and password: admin

Faulty 1: The SIM Card icon is gray, That means No SIM card be recognized. Please check if your SIM card install correct or SIM card invalid.

Faulty 2: SIM Card recognized， But Limited Service.

Possible factor A: Your SIM card is not in service.

Please contact the carrier and check if the SIM card could be use as IoT hotspot and if the valid data plan has been activated.

Possible factor B: Some SIM Card need to setup APN to connect.

HOW TO SETUP APN:

Enter the router IP address: 192.168.100.1

1)Make sure the device is disconnected before setting.

2)Click Settings—Profile Management—Add New to set the correct APN, then Apply.

3)Back to Home page to turn on network connect button. Restart the router.

You can find the APN of the SIM card from the carrier’s official website or mobile phone.

Please Note:

If your sim card support the router network band ,also have update APN （APN seting should be from Operator) ,but still not work ,please confirm

1. The SIM card is an IoT card.

2. The SIM card have limited service ,not work with router or hotspot.

3. APN not correct.

4. Not support roaming service.

5. Some place did not cover the network Frequency band
