In OPTICAL connection, the volume control can not work in TX mode.

Q: No Sound (Digital optical connection) when watching Netflix, Roku, Chromecast, Amazon Prime Video, or Amazon Fire Stick etc.?

Make sure that the audio output has been set to Digital Optical.
Set the TV Digital Audio Format to “PCM/ LPCM.”(please make sure your TV has this setting)
Set HDMI INPUT format to “PCM” as well.

Q: Can not work with your TV?

if you use the Aux/ RCA cable, please make sure the port on your TV back panel is AUDIO OUTPUT port.

How to use BTWH-B22 hearing set on TV?

1.Use Optical Cable

Please set your TV’s audio format to PCM.
Insert the Optical cable to B22’s audio iutput port, and insert the other side to TV’s Optical output port. Slide B22 to ON and TX mode, you can see the Blue indicator on the TX and Opt, and Blue led falsh. Open the Bluetooth headphone Z702 to connect.

2. Use 3.5mm Aux/ RCA Cable

Please set the TV speaker to “Headset”(Aux cable). Set TV speaker to “External Speaker”(RCA cable).
Insert the Aux/ RCA cable to B22’s audio iutput port, and insert the other side to TV’s Aux/RCA Audio Output port. Slide B22 to ON and TX mode, you can see the Blue indicator on the TX and Aux, and Blue led falsh. Open the Bluetooth headphone Z702 to connect.
