2. This product only can use below 2A USB plug charge, otherwise it may burn out the product.

3. If you do not use the item in short time, no need to shut it down, because the product will automatically enter sleep mode. Otherwise it will takes 30 seconds to restart the item.

1. Netf—Most of the android tv boxes are not support it because of the copyright issues, we pre-install it that can work, but it won’t work once updated or re-installed. We can offer you a new version of it.

2. Remote can’t navigate on some APPs— It is a common issue for most of android tv box that hard to navigate on some APPs using the remote (such as Netf), as these APPs are mainly provided for tablets and phones that have touch screen settings or mouse. You can connect a mouse or a wireless keyboard to control it.

3. Apps can’t be found on Google Play Store— Search ‘apkpure’ or download the APP ‘APKPure’ which can install the APPs you want.

I can’t download or use xxx apps ?

——Checking the version of these apps, the TV box only accepts TV set version not mobile phone version or others.

Please note that, for software adaptation problem, some non-free software is not allowed to use on TV. You can verify it by opening another app.

I can’t use Netflix with this TV box?

——- Due to copyright issues, Netflix may not be supported by Android TV Box. Therefore,we pre-install it to make it more easily to use. But it can’t be used after updating or re-installing. Downloading from Google play store may not working with Netflix. we will sent you a new version of it.

Remote is not working sometimes?

——-For some apps which are mainly used in phones or PC, TV version may hard to use remote to navigate them.
